Что указать

Опишите ожидаемый и фактический результат, а также время события. При необходимости укажите логин, идентификатор заказа, примерное время и точный текст ошибки.

Категории обращений

Поддержка принимает вопросы об оплате и заказах, запросы по доступу к аккаунту, технические сообщения об API и запросы о конфиденциальности, включая доступ, исправление или удаление данных.

Как рассматриваются обращения

Начните с личного сообщения. Мы определим тип обращения, при необходимости безопасно проверим принадлежность аккаунта, проведем проверку и будем сообщать об изменении статуса. Фиксированный срок ответа или решения не обещается.
