A SteamAPIs alternative for inventories and prices
WOK reads public Steam inventories and prices them in the same response, with the market source you choose. It covers eight games, batch requests and explicit private, empty and rate-limited states.

When to stay with your current provider
SteamAPIs may suit you better if your code already depends on its exact response shape and you have no reason to change. WOK returns its own JSON contract; read the migration guide before switching a production client.
Switch in four steps
Create a free WOK key and check it with GET /v1/key.
Replace the inventory call with GET /v1/inventory?steam_id=…&game=cs2 and map the fields you use.
Handle the status field explicitly: private and limited are not empty inventories.
Move repeated scans to POST /v1/inventories when you check many players.
